I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were more than I could have hoped for, very clean and quite, but some could use refreshing and better lighting. The service was very nice and extremely welcoming, though staff could be more informed about hotel amenities and local attractions. The location, while great for exploring historic Charleston and with easy access to downtown and beaches, was in a less desirable neighborhood. The dining experience was satisfying with lots of variety. Overall, a value-for-money stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The rooms were OK with decent size and somewhat clean, though they felt a bit dated compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations. Unfortunately, there was a used towel left hanging on the door, and it seemed the room wasn't vacuumed during my entire stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were modern and comfortable, but had a few minor issues. The service was helpful, particularly by a staff member named Charles. The location was convenient and close to the historic district, although there were some deceiving aspects. The dining experience was enjoyable with tasty options available. Overall, a good value for the money.
Rooms

The room was nice and modern with a comfortable bed, but there were some minor maintenance issues like the absence of a Kleenex holder and a loose shampoo and conditioner fixture on the shower wall. The hairdryer in the room also looked outdated.
